Red Hawk is a beautiful community in Bothell, Washington. Developed in 1995 by John F. Buchan Homes, it’s a relatively new neighborhood with a population of around 2,000 residents. • Easy access: The neighborhood is located right next to Ravenswood, a community built by the same developer. It is located in the heart of Bothell, with easy access to almost all amenities. The neighborhood provides easy access to and from neighboring cities via I-405 and I-5. Homes in this neighborhood are in high demand not only for its gorgeous environment but also for its convenient location.

• Great schools: The neighborhood is served by the highly-rated Northshore School District, which also serves the rest of Bothell. Northshore School District has an overall rating of A+ on Niche by its residents. Red Hawk is closest to Canyon Creek Elementary School, Skyview Middle School, and North Creek High School. There are two colleges in Bothell: Cascadia Community College and the University of Washington Bothell Campus, both of which are located near Interstate 405 and State Route 522.
